Untried Month Day 11: Sinful Colors Timbleberry and Cover Band Sticks 'n Stones

Hello! I finally got to charge my laptop and load some stuff for you! I first used Cover Band Sticks 'n Stones over a blue and absolutely loved it. And now I love it over this. I'm pretty sure this polish will look awesome over everything and I can't wait to experiment!

This is two coats of Sinful Colors Timbleberry and one coat of Sticks 'n Stones. I like how each nail got a different mix of glitters. I makes things interesting and random :)

Also, Timbleberry is gorgeous! It's just so bright and cheery. It's perfect for toes in the summer.

Untried Month Day 10: Nubar Reclaim

After I got this in the mail I could not wait to get this on my nails. It was just so pretty! Feast your eyes on Nubar Reclaim:

Don't you just want to drool looking at this?! It reminds me of miracle beads. I don't ever want to take this off. And the application of this was amazing! This was 2 perfectly easy coats :)

I'm in love ♥

Untried Month Day 9: Lock and Key

The other day I was frustrated with how many untrieds I had, so I decided to use as many in one manicure as I could and I also wanted to use my new LO01 plate.

Base colors from thumb to pinky: Zoa Harley, Revlon Fall Mood, Zoya Meg, Sally Hansen Golden I, and  Zoya Tao. The stamping was done in Kleancolor Metallic Fuchsia, Red, Pink, Sapphire, Purple, Orange and mango.

This was after a couple days wear, so the tips weren't perfect. My favorite nail is my ring finger. I love the golf and pink together :)

More Birthday Nail Mail!

I have some more awesome nail mail from my birthday club friends to show you!

This is from Alyssa C at Polish Junkie Ninja. She sent me Cover Band Sticks 'n Stones (:O!), a Forever 21 dupe of I Lily Love You that I'd been trying to track down, China Glaze Full Spectrum and Side Saddle and my first Hits polish! And the super awesome extras were a bag of M&Ms, a cupcake soap that smells awesome, a pretty bottle of cuticle oil with flowers in it, Hello Kitty Nail Stickers, navy and white flower bobby pins (I'm obsessed with navy and white!) and a Hello Kitty nail file keychain. Absolutely love this. I was blown away.

And this one is from the fabulous Tracy! She doesn't have a blog, so I can't link to here. I got my first Nubars! Reclaim, White Polka Dots and Black Polka Dots. Extras: toe separators, in vanilla, a blueberry candy and a cool postcard. She also sent to Swedish chocolate bars, but they were so good they didn't make it to the picture. I don't even like milk chocolate usually, but I'm already craving those again. AMAZING!

Every single one of my packages have been awesome so far and make me jump up and down. These ladies are awesome and I can't thank them enough :)

Untried Month Day 8: Layla Hologram Effect Ocean Rush

Hello all! I haven't been posting because I haven't had a power cord, but I got a new one today! And I have to show you this beauty. Here's my first linear holo polish!

Layla Ocean Rush. Isn't it gorgeous?! I'd heard things about how hard it is to apply because of insane balding issues, but I didn't believe it. They were true. Like a silly person I brushed over my pinky multiple times and it was as if I didn't apply anything. After realizing I couldn't go over a previous stroke AT ALL (not even a little bit!) application went more smoothly.

I used Seche Vite as a base. I accidentally nicked a spot, I dabbed a little over it and it looked better than I imagined. After swatching it on one hand, I HAD to do a full mani.

Here it is with flash. During this application, after the first coat dried over Seche Vite, I applied a second coat. A couple spots were uneven, so I decided to try to apply like a normal polish and go over it again without balding. It applied like a normal polish!!! I was amazed. It was awesome!!!

I LOVE this polish. I already ran back to Ulta and bought Black Flash and can't wait to buy more!

Untried Month Day 7: Whimsical Ideas by Pam Seuss

Today I have a really cool polish from Whimsical Ideas by Pam. I loved this polish so much when I first saw it that I kept pulling up the picture on my phone and showing it to people before I even bought it.

This polish is a blue base with large white hexes, medium red hexes and small blue hexes. Seuss is the perfect name for this polish. This is three coats. For some reason, the glitter wasn't fond of my ring finger and I only got white hexes on it during the last coat.

The only way it could be better is it were two polishes: a blue base and a glitter topcoat. I wished that the white didn't get covered with blue, and that would be the only way to fix it. But I still love it a lot :)

Untried Month Day 6: a England Ascalon

Today I have a England Ascalon. I love grays, sparkles and rainbows and this polish has all three! It's a seriously gorgeous color!

This was two easy coats. What you might have heard about a Englands is totally true. They apply like a dream. Or butter. Dreamy butter. LLLLLOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVE IT!

Untried Month Day 5: Cult Nails Quench

Today I have Cult Nails Quench. This color is didn't look so bloody red in normal light, but under my picture taking lamp and fluorescent lights, it was closely resembled blood and showed streaks pretty bad.

This is two coats, but I probably should've done a third to even everything out. This formula was kinda difficult. It was streaking and I was having issues with balding. You have to be quick with this one!

Untried Month Day 4: Models Own Indian Ocean

Models Own Indian Ocean is from the Summer Beetlejuice Collection. This was part of my Spring Surprise. Whenever I pulled this bottle out of the bubble wrap, I was entranced by it's beauty. It's really sheer, so I layered it. I started with two coats of Julep Susie and then added two coats of Indian Ocean.

Isn't this gorgeous! I couldn't stop staring at it. It's really cold and kinda icy. And reminds me of cotton candy. I think that's because of the pink flash within the light blue. And it makes me want to sing Shake Señora ;)

Teal Tuesday: Accent Nail

Last night, I had completely forgot about Teal Tuesday. Fortunately, I had just painted on a teal color :) This is two coats of Cult Nails Let Me Fly.

Then to create an easy (or lazy) accent nail, I added a coats of Icing Radio Super Star on my ring finger. Let Me Fly is gorgeous! I doubted this when I got my bottle, but on the nails, it's fantastic!

Untried Month Day 3: Models Own Emerald City

Whenever this came in the mail, I was super excited to try it. This is three coats of Models Own Emerald City. I was not in the best of moods when I applied this, so I got a little careless and bumped it against some stuff. But I did ok fixing it, I think. This is a blue-ish green leaning glitter in a clear base a SO PRETTY! It reminds me of a mermaid, so that makes me love it more.

Then I stamped over it with a cool geometric design from a Cheeky plate and a Sally Hansen Chrome Pen in gold. This color dries super fast, so I had issues getting the whole pattern onto my nail.

These colors are so pretty together! I couldn't stop staring at it :) Be sure to check out the other ladies' untrieds!

Untried Month Day 2: Deborah Lippmann Almost Paradise and Kleancolor Metallic Green

After this past week's haul, I've managed to double my collection of Deborah Lippmanns. They were all half of except one ;) Almost Paradise is a cute and spring-y light green. I've heard it described as pistachio, but it reminds me of lime sherbet. This is two easily applied coats.

Then I decided to try out some of my new stamping colors. This is one of my Cheeky plates (don't remember which, sorry :/) and Kleancolor Metallic Green.

Please pardon my stamping. I'm kind of out of practice, so it wasn't great. And I had to wipe off the two nails in the middle and start over. Unfortunately I used a dirty piece of felt and it got my nails kinda gross. And what's up with my index nail? Why does it insist on growing like that?! Despite these flaws, I still really like these two polishes together :) Be sure to check out the other ladies' untrieds!
